The sessions are Flow Yoga which is suitable for all levels.

If you have had any injuries, medical conditions or recent illnesses you should check with your health professional to make sure yoga is a suitable activity for you.

You can always lie on your mat and enjoy the vibes from DJ Shann!

We recommend you come by public transport. Click here for details on all the options to get to the stadium.

Why not walk across the new Matagarup Bridge and enjoy the stunning view of Optus Stadium from the river?
You could explore the City’s many restaurants afterwards on the way home.

Yes. Optus Stadium is a fully accessible venue. Please contact us to arrange disabled access by emailing events@fairgame.org.au

Bring a yoga mat (don’t worry if you don’t have a yoga mat you can bring a large towel instead) and a water bottle! Wear comfortable clothes suitable for exercise. Don’t forget to bring cash or card! Raffle tickets will still be on sale (the prizes are awesome) and there are some gorgeous products for sale at the Expo!

Yes!  If you want to bring a mat you no longer need, we would be delighted to take it and give it to someone who does need it.  There will be a collection at the Exit so you could use the mat for the event and then you don’t have to carry it home!

We would love to accept your donations, however we only have capacity to accept yoga mats on the day so please visit the Fair Game website here to find out where our donation points are located for any other donations.

Thanks to our generous sponsors, at least 95% of your ticket price will go directly to Fair Game to allow us to deliver programs to under-serviced and remote communities in WA.

$50 allows Fair Game to deliver a fitness session, health education session, healthy bodies pack and a piece of recycled sports equipment to a child in regional WA.

Don’t worry we will be selling raffle tickets between 2.00pm and 3.00pm in the Health & Wellness  Expo – we can take payment by card or cash.  Winners will be announced as soon as the yoga and meditation session finishes.

Immediately after the yoga and meditation session.

For tickets purchased prior to the event we will be able to contact you to arrange for you to pick up the prize at a later date.  If you buy tickets at the event we won’t have contact details so you will need to be there when the raffle is drawn to claim your prize otherwise the prize will be re-drawn.  The raffle winners will be drawn immediately after the yoga session finishes.

The event is open to anyone 12 years old and above.  If you are under 16 years old you do need to be accompanied by an adult.

Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to make this event accessible to any children or babies under 12 years old.  This might be the perfect moment to have a little me time!

No, there will not be food available at the event.  The City has some incredible places to eat, whatever your budget and taste.  Why not take this opportunity to explore – have lunch before you come or maybe stop off for dinner on the way home?  Some of our exhibitors will be offering food and drink samples so you can have a little taster to keep you going!  We suggest you bring a water bottle.  There are water fountains on the concourse.

All our programs are delivered by volunteers.  We have an awesome volunteer training program – Fair Game Academy.

Thank You!  Fair Game works in a number of under-serviced communities in Perth and has collaborated with organisations such as the Edmund Rice Foundation to ensure your generous gift makes the event accessible to these communities so they can take part and experience the joy of shared yoga.
