Adam Rose

Adam spent much of his youth battling severe sporting injuries including operations to his ankles, knees and hip. Despite these setbacks, it was only when he dislocated both shoulders at the age of 24 that he decided enough was enough. He felt the immediate benefits of the yoga in his injury riddled body and for the first time in years he was pain free. It is because of these results that he now spends his days motivating and teaching students to overcome their own challenges. Adam’s classes are strongly rooted in physical awareness, as he believes we must heal the body first and then anything is possible!

CLAUDIA SCALISI

Claudia is a passionate woman with an ambition to help others rise above their own self-imposed limitations and shine their unique light into the world. An experienced yoga teacher, avid stand up paddler and an essential oils educator, Claudia guides playful and soulful inspired body movement experiences, offering unique yoga that hones in on the natural landscape to share the replenishing effects of yoga and the elements with community.

Expect to move like liquid during her vinyasa classes as she weaves in elements of themed poetry and mama earth story-telling to leave you feeling full and satisfied in your heart, body and spirit.

KYLIE PEARSALL

“For me, yoga and music are a way of getting out of my head and into my heart. I fell in love with yoga initially just for the feeling it created in my body, I feel strong and powerful on the mat but the deeper connection to myself and the world around me is what keeps me coming back over and over again. Music moves me, the right song can immediately uplift and connect me and flowing yoga poses alongside uplifting beats is an experience that I can’t explain in words. It’s like every cell in your body vibrating at a higher frequency in perfect harmony.”

Shawn Taylor

For the last 20 years Shawn Taylor has been a dedicated student of Yoga. After a career in snowboarding as a competitor and a coach, Yoga swiftly moved from a way to heal old injuries to a place of powerful self-reflection and personal transformation. His love for the practice naturally led him to work as an educator and teacher trainer for some of the largest Yoga communities in the United States and Australia. Shawn is trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Synergy and Bikram Yoga. He has over 1000hrs of certification and a degree in Exercise Science Technology. Shawn brings a high vibes yoga experience with a passionate enthusiasm for life, mind expanding beats and a deep wonder of the cosmos.
